If your CV impresses us, we will contact you and arrange a short telephone or online interview. We will discuss the position you are applying for – we will get to know your motivations and present our point of view.

We give you a task to solve – we want to see how you cope with the challenges you will face every day. The final stage of the recruitment process is usually an interview with an immediate superior. It is worth getting to know each other better and making sure that we have a common goal.

04Joining our ranks

Welcome to the team! During the first week at ORBA, you will get to know the whole team and learn how we work. We want the onboarding process to be natural and effective, so we give you time to adapt and make sure you get help from experienced teammates. Did you come to us from another city or from abroad? Don't worry about hotels and tickets. We pay for your travel and accommodation and you can fully focus on your new job.
