Junior Project Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with clients
  • Management of all project elements (tasks/team/timetable/budget)
  • Conducting project and sales meeting
  • Coordinating the work of the implementation team according to fulfill client needs
  • Performing final tests before handing the project to the client
  • Preparation of project documentation
  • Establishing new business relationships
  • Data analysis as needed
  • Business guidance and strategic recommendations for clients in Portfolio

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Skilled in communicating and interacting effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management, in one-on-one and group presentation situations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Adept at establishing and managing to KPIs and SLAs
  • Proficient with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to learn new software is required
  • Good problem-solving skills - ability to find solutions under pressure

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office setting, project management experience preferred (Agile/Scrum, waterfall, ITIL/ITSM standards)
  • Bachelor’s Degree received or in last year of college ok, or equivalent experience

NICE TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience with UX/UI best practices and industry standards
  • Sales experience
  • Experience in working with remote teams
  • Basic knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Dashboard creation, Microsoft BI or similar software tools
  • Experience with Assembla, Jira, Service-Now or similar ticketing systems
  • IT experience at any level
